The context
Planteva's laboratory was equipped with standard HVAC units unable to deliver the consistency required for young shoot cultivation. Climate variations were compromising the reproducibility of results. Additionally, Planteva needed to integrate a water-cooled LED lighting system that would affect the climate.

The challenge
Design and install a system capable of simultaneously maintaining temperature, humidity and CO₂ at fixed targets, while developing an LED cooling solution that integrates in synergy with climate control rather than in competition with it.

Our solution
Bloom Climat installed Dahlia units in the laboratory, coupled with its CO₂ controller, to achieve climate targets with precision. In parallel, Bloom Climat developed the FlowSink, a water-cooled LED system designed to work in symbiosis with the Dahlia units. Rather than adding a thermal load to the climate system, the FlowSink contributes to meeting setpoints by working in conjunction with the existing equipment. The entire system is controllable from a simple web interface, allowing the client to adjust setpoints in just a few clicks.
